10-14 working days for repairs. However, we can offer an EXPRESS
SERVICE for an extra £15.00 per item (return postage
of £7.95 is still payable). If you choose this service your
goods will be repaired and despatched within two working
days. Please clearly mark the outside of your parcel "EXPRESS
SERVICE" if you choose this option. Customers in ROI, Channel
Islands and IOM please call 01282 439109 for clarification of return
postal charges before posting. Express Service

COLLECTION BY FedEx -
NEW!
LSR can arrange for your item to be collected
from your address at £13 (or £16 for large items like
tents). Please remember this is collection only - the return
postage is £7.95. When an item is collected it is automatically
insured for up to £250 (see below for optional additional
insurance premiums). FedEx do not collect from the postcodes listed
in the Return Postage section shown below. Customers in those areas
cannot use this service.
Contact us on 01282 439109 if you would like
us to arrange a FedEx collection. Collections booked with
LSR before 12.00am will be collected on the same day. Unfortunately
this service is not available for customers in the Scottish Islands
or overseas.
Optional additional insurance for FedEx Service:
Item Value £0.01 to £1,000 - add £6.00
Item value £1,001 to £5,000 - add £12.00
Item valuue £5,001 to £10,000 - add £24.00 (maximum).

Customers in these areas will be contacted by LSR if extra
payment for Royal Mail delivery of the return parcel needs
to be surcharged. This can only be determined after the parcel
is weighed. Returned parcels will carry a maximum insurance
of £46.

| If sending boots or shoes for repair: |
• Remove footbeds • Make sure
they are in a clean condition • They need to be
well packaged to avoid sustaining further damage on their way
to LSR |
| If sending waterproof clothing, rucsacks or tents
for repair: |
• Clearly indicate the area for repair - either by
attaching a note on the damaged area of the rucsack/garment,
an elastic band on a tent or by enclosing a simple sketch and/or
notes. • You can use the garment
repair chart if you find it preferable to making your own
sketch (opens in a new window) • Make sure everything
is well packaged to avoid sustaining damage in the post
